Phil Rickards, Head of Sales
As Head of Sales, Phil has responsibility for the day to day management of the BM
Solutions sales teams in the intermediary market. This includes three sales regions,
business development managers and a team of business development consultants.
In his 14 year career at BM Solutions, Phil has been a financial adviser, area sales
manager, regional sales manager and national sales manager. He has seen the business
develop from a small building society into one of the UK's leading specialist lenders
during this time.
