Tim Hague, Managing Director of BM Solutions
As Managing Director of BM Solutions, Tim holds responsibility for the intermediary based specialist and mainstream mortgage business, servicing the Buy to Let, Self-cert and Sub-prime markets. Responsible for new mortgage business and mortgage retention, Tim leads the areas of sales, marketing and operations to intermediaries, national accounts and consumers. Implementing a strategic and co-ordinated approach across the business.
Prior to his role leading BM Solutions, Tim held the position as Head of Savings and Investments Marketing for Birmingham Midshires' savings business. Holding responsibility for the development and delivery of savings and investments solutions for existing and new customers.
Tim has over seventeen years experience in the financial services industry including senior marketing posts with West Bromwich and Derbyshire Building Societies and Alliance & Leicester.
Iain Williamson, Head of National Accounts
Iain is responsible for looking after National Accounts on a strategic basis; continuing to build strong interlinked corporate relationships.
Previously Regional Sales Manager for BM Solutions in the Southern region, Iain possesses first hand experience of the market and brings with him invaluably strong relationships in the industry. With a total of over seventeen years experience in financial services, Iain has the skills and knowledge to lead and develop BM Solutions' key external relationships.
Phil Rickards, Head of Sales
As Head of Sales at BM Solutions, Phil has responsibility for the day to day management of the BM Solutions sales teams within the intermediary market. This includes 3 sales regions, its Business Development Managers and a team of Business Development Consultants.
In his 14 year career at BM Solutions, he has held positions of Financial Advisor, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager and has seen the business develop from a small Building Society into one of the UK's number 1 specialist lenders during this time.
