Introducing our industry leading microsite to support your Buy to Let landlord clients

13 June 2011

On 13 June we launched a new microsite which offers help and support to you and your Buy to Let landlord clients.

In a tough Buy to Let (BTL) market, we're offering expert help and support to help you guide your clients through all aspects of a BTL investment.

BTL mortgages have been popular in the UK for a number of years. However, they are more complex than standard home loans and consequently there are many more considerations for buyers.

As a major provider of BTL mortgages, we have a responsibility to ensure that our BTL mortgage customers - your clients - fully understand their responsibilities, the risks and any costs associated with this type of property investment. We also recognise that BTL investors are facing more and more regulation, which can often be very confusing.

We've designed this microsite to help you educate your clients in these areas and to help them make key decisions about their BTL ambitions.
