We're offering £500 cashback to support Buy To Let remortgage clients

That's why we're offering £500 cashback to your buy to let remortgage clients. Your client must apply by 27th March 2019. The cashback will be paid on completion through the conveyancer.

Cashback can be withdrawn at any time and excludes product transfers and further advances.

BM Solutions will also cover your clients' free standard valuation up to the value of £1,500. If the valuation exceeds £1,500, or your clients opt for a level 2 valuation, then your client simply pays the difference.

Alternatively your clients' can opt for free standard legal fee for the work done on our behalf instead of cashback. Any additional costs not covered by our free standard legal fee will be charged separately.
