Please follow the steps below to register a new company to BM Solutions or if you are an existing introducer to BM Solutions and you need to request an additional payment route to a mortgage club/network or amend the details we hold about your company.
Please email bmsolutions@lloydsbanking.com with the following information.
All details are mandatory.
1. Type of request - please state one:
- New contact (new to BM Solutions)
- New/additional payment route
- Amend intermediary details - provide what details you wish to amend and current active online User ID
2. Personal details
Before providing the personal information below, please view our Privacy Notice.
Provide all of the following:
- Title
- Forename
- Middle name(s)
- Surname
- Company name
- Address (including Post Town and Post Code)
- Telephone number
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Director full name
- Director email address
- Compliance officer full name (if different from Director)
- Compliance officer email address (if different from Director)
- Name of business development manager (if applicable)
- Name of your network/mortgage club/payment route(s)*.
*If you are registered as an appointed representative please ensure that the required payment route has been authorised by your principal.
3. Mortgage regulation permissions
Appointed representative - provide:
- Company FCA number
- Principal FCA number
- Principal name.
Directly authorised - please provide:
In certain cases we may need further information to complete our processes. If this is the case we will contact you via telephone or email.
Please note: Failure to provide this information or withdrawal of your application may jeopardise your relationship with other Lloyds Banking Group panels.
