    Applications for portfolio landlords are referred to our specialist underwriting team for review. A fully completed Customer Profile form is required as part of the underwriting assessment and must be submitted. We may require a Customer Profile Form for other applications, and if we do, our Mortgage Processing team will let you know. Please do not send us a Customer Profile Form for other applications unless we ask for it.

Our standard mortgage application form follows a two stage process:

  • Stage 1 - details of the Intermediary and Applicant(s).
  • Stage 2 - details of the property.

Please submit both stages to allow credit checks to be carried out and a mortgage illustration to be produced.

Important - the paper application forms will be updated from Friday 4th May 2018 to reflect new data privacy regulations. Any applications submitted after that date using old versions of the forms will not be accepted.
